Aleph-Board has an optional driver that comes with their stickers and keyboards so you dont need to bother with the special keystrokes to type nikud. So yes, this is kind of an advertisement dont kill me Just trying to be helpful. You mention the drivers are optional, but would the nikud work without the drivers.
